This notice explains how Allumee SAS processes the personal data you send through jobs.allumee.com.

What we use your data for
Managing your application only: reading your CV and message, contacting you, organising interviews and keeping a record of the recruitment process. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in recruiting.
AI-assisted reading
To help our recruiters read applications faster, an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic, used under a data processing agreement, with no training on your data) produces a summary of your CV and an indicative match with the position. This summary is a reading aid only: every decision about your application is taken by a person at Allumee, never automatically. You can ask for the summary or object to this processing by writing to bonjour@allumee.com.
How long we keep your data
Up to 2 years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it earlier. If you are hired, your file moves to your employee record.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete or receive your data, object to its processing, and lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France) or your local authority. Write to bonjour@allumee.com.
Hosting and security
Applications are stored on servers hosted in France by Scaleway, and a copy is kept in Allumee's Google Workspace (Google Drive). Both are only accessible to the people in charge of recruitment at Allumee, and deleting your application deletes both.
